Attendance at this conference and associated workshops will contribute 12 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 6.2.2, 6.3.2 and 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
Specific standards are
6.2.2 Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school and/or system priorities.
6.3.2 Contribute to collegial discussions and apply constructive feedback from colleagues to improve professional knowledge and practice.
7.4.2 Participate in professional and community networks and forums to broaden knowledge and improve practice.

Our conference is aimed at enhancing the teaching and learning in Science and Mathematics, in both secondary and primary schools. Delegates come from across all of NSW.
